A foundation that steps with the land

A wooded lot above the Pacific, on a real grade. The crew formed the stepped walls, set the anchors and placed the concrete by boom pump.

Wine country

A slab among the vines

Forms, vapor barrier and a full rebar mat went in first. On pour day, the crew placed from a line pump and screeded to the laser level.
